Solar Cells

Optimum Solar cells are of the highest quality crystalline materials. We offer two superior models of solar cells – our Mono 5” (R150) 125S and our Mono 5” (R165) 125SL. Our R150 125S delivers 10 different levels of efficiency in ranges from 15.50 through 18.00 and our R165 125SL delivers 11 different levels of efficiency in ranges from 5.00 through 17.75. Our solar cells offer high-performance electrical curves (IV-curve, spectral response and intensity dependence).
