Silicon Wafers
Optimum solar silicon wafers are of the highest quality Polycrystalline solar cell materials. Our wafers are provided in the 156 x 156 millimeter size with a thickness of 220um / 220um +/- 40um. The front (-) is 2 millimeter bus bars (silver), acid texturized surface with blue anti-reflecting coating (silicon nitride). The back (+) is 4.5 millimeter wide soldering pads (silver / aluminum) back surface field (aluminum). Power coefficient is -0.46 %/K, current is +4.40 mA/K and optimum solarage is 2.15 mV/K.
