Silicon Ingots

Optimum Solar silicon ingots are of highest quality materials and are provided in both Monocrystalline and Polycrystalline versions. Shapes are offered in square, pseudo-square and cylindrical. Our ingots are P type with Boron dopant. Our Monocrystalline 125mm pseudo-square measures carbon at <5x10e17 atoms/cm3. Our Monocrystalline 205mm cylindrical measures carbon at <=5x10e16 atoms/cm3. Our Polycrystalline 200mm square measures carbon at <5x10e17 atoms/cm3.
